This is one of my favorite locations for those that desire a beautiful mountain view! It has red rock, similar to Garden of the Gods, with less of the hustle and bustle of tourist crowds! There’s also a gorgeous pond nestled in the middle of the rock and mountains. You can’t go wrong with choosing Red Rock Canyon.
If you haven’t been to Garden of the Gods yet, you are missing out! I have been on several occasions, and still find myself standing in awe of the beauty each time! It truly looks like a painting. You have to document your time living in Colorado Springs at least once, by having a photo session here. You won’t regret it!
This is one of my go-to locations. There is an abundance of beautiful trees that provide great shade coverage! There is also a little pond, a creek, and a couple of super cute bridges. There’s a peek-a-boo mountain view, that is best seen at sunrise!
This is located on the north side of Colorado Springs, technically in Black Forest. There are tons of tall pine trees, and a couple of ponds here that provide such majestic backdrops. Definitely one of my go-to places to meet clients.
This is a living history farm and museum with several old buildings that make for super interesting backdrops. There are also bridges, trees, grassy areas and a gorgeous mountain view! The down side to this location is that there is now a $50 fee for professional photos to be done there.
This is such a neat location with lots of little sitting nooks, bridges, trees, and just nature all around! So beautiful.
This is such a versatile location, with open fields, rock formations, mountain views, pine trees…It’s really a hidden little gem. You would never realize all it has to offer until you head up the hill. I absolutely love it!
I know this one is not in or really near Colorado Springs, but for my Denver clients that like to meet me in the middle…this is a fantastic location. There is a big red barn (no animals), beautiful open fields and trees, as well as a cool old stone house and separate outhouse! There are wood fences, dirt trails, and just so much beauty.
